Add the pairs you'd like to your bag, then send me the order and your delivery address by Instagram DM. I'll confirm what's in stock and send you a Tikkie for the total including shipping. Your parcel goes out once the Tikkie is paid.

Please also include your email address — I need it to send you the track & trace code.

Custom colors and lengths are possible — just ask before ordering.

Orders are sent with a PostNL track & trace brievenbuspakket for a flat €4,55. It fits through the letterbox, so you don't need to be home.

I post orders within 1–3 working days after payment. Inside the Netherlands, PostNL usually delivers the next working day; within the EU it takes roughly 3–8 working days. You'll get a track & trace code as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Shipping outside the Netherlands is possible — send me a DM and I'll let you know the rate to your country.

You can return an order within 14 days of receiving it. Let me know by DM or email first, then send the earrings back unworn and in their original packaging. Once they arrive in good condition I'll refund the item price within 14 days.

Return postage is at your own cost. Custom-made or made-to-order pairs can't be returned, and neither can earrings that have been worn — for hygiene reasons.

Something arrived damaged or not as expected? Send me a photo and I'll sort it out.

The hoops are gold plated brass, not solid gold, and the discs are natural shell. Both are a little delicate, so a bit of care keeps them looking new much longer.

• Last on, first off. Put your earrings on after perfume, hairspray, sunscreen and cream, and take them off before you undress.
• Keep them dry. No showering, swimming, sauna or washing up — chlorine, salt water and soap wear the gold layer away fastest, and shell can dull or stain.
• Take them off at night and during sport. Sweat is slightly acidic and speeds up tarnishing.
• Wipe after wearing. A soft dry cloth over the hoops and discs removes skin oils. Never use silver polish, jewellery dip or alcohol — they strip the plating and eat into the shell.
• Store dry and separate. A small pouch or box away from other jewellery prevents scratches; a humid bathroom shelf is the worst spot.
• Handle by the hoop. Shell is brittle — pulling on the discs or dropping them on a hard floor can chip them.

Even with good care, gold plating is a surface layer and will fade with time — that's normal for plated jewellery, not a fault. Because shell is natural, the color and pattern of every disc is slightly different too. If a pair ever needs a repair, send me a DM and I'll see what I can do.
